What the directory covers

Intelligence across the full tariff surface

Country of Origin
Producer records include country of origin at the manufacturing facility level. Not the country of export. The country where the ingredient is actually produced, which determines tariff applicability.
HTS Classification
Every ingredient in the directory carries a classified HTS code with a confidence score and a reference to the CBP ruling or USITC schedule that supports it. Classification is not a guess pulled from a product spec sheet.
Section 301 Rates
Current Section 301 tariff rates by list and HTS code for ingredients sourced from China. Rates updated as Federal Register notices publish. Historical rate data retained for cost model accuracy.
AD/CVD Status
Antidumping and countervailing duty case status by producer and HTS code. Active reviews, deposited rates, and scope decisions tracked so you know before a shipment clears whether an additional duty applies.
Alternative Origin Sourcing
