Go-Live Experience
Maiden Voyage

From signed contract to live system. 4-8 weeks.

A structured onboarding process built around how your operation actually works, not a generic implementation template. Step 1 is document schema mapping. Before a single SOP is uploaded.

The Process
Every step. In order. No skipping.
The 18-month enterprise implementation exists because vendors skipped the early steps. We don't skip them. We do them fast.
1
Week 1
Document schema mapping
We sit down with your team and capture exactly how you number, version, and classify your documents. Every prefix. Every taxonomy. Every naming convention. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
Your schema becomes the system. SOPs don't get renamed. Your numbering doesn't change. The platform learns your language, not the other way around.
2
Week 1-2
User roles & permissions
Map your org structure to the platform's role model. Who approves lot releases? Who signs off CAPAs? Who can view financial data? Configured once, enforced automatically from day one.
3
Week 2-4
SOP upload & review workflow activation
Your existing SOPs are uploaded, numbered per your schema, and routed through your review and approval workflow. Documents that need updates are flagged, not blocked. You control the pace.
4
Week 3-5
Quality workflow configuration
CAPA, NC, SCAR, lot hold, and QC release workflows are configured to match your existing process. We don't impose a process. We automate yours. Then we add the audit trail and e-signatures that regulators require.
5
Week 4-7
Module activation & data migration
Activate the modules you need, one at a time or in parallel based on team readiness. Supplier records, raw material specs, customer accounts, and inventory master data are migrated from wherever they live today.
6
Week 6-8
Team training & go-live
Role-specific training for each user group. Not a three-day classroom session. Short, focused sessions per workflow. Then a monitored go-live with your team running real operations in the system, with us available for the first two weeks.

The numbers behind the timeline.

Not a marketing claim. A track record with the customers who are live on the platform today.

Maiden Voyage starts with Sonar.

The gap report from your Sonar assessment becomes the implementation plan for Maiden Voyage. That's why Step 1 of Sonar and Step 1 of Maiden Voyage are the same conversation.
