Phase 1
Foundation
Tenant setup, user roles, principal and product configuration. Your chart of accounts, ingredient catalog, and document templates. By the end of Phase 1, your environment looks like your operation.
Phase 2
Data Migration
Historical vendor records, approved supplier list, SOP library, and open lots migrated from your existing systems. Nothing starts from blank. Existing compliance history is preserved.
Phase 3
Training
Role-based training for quality, production, and management teams. Live sessions and recorded walkthroughs. Training acknowledgment tracked in the LMS from day one.
Phase 4
Go-Live
Production lot processed end-to-end on the platform before the engagement closes. Your team navigates the first batch record, deviation, and lot release without hand-holding.
