Role-Based Assignment
Training assignments follow job function. When a new operator is added to a role, every required training for that role is automatically assigned. Nothing falls through the cracks on day one.
Document-Linked Training
Training records are linked directly to the document version that was in effect when the training occurred. When an SOP is revised, affected personnel are automatically queued for re-training.
Acknowledgment Gates
Training acknowledgments are legally defensible electronic signatures captured in the platform. Date, time, and user identity recorded. Printed training rosters available for FDA review.
Completion Tracking
Dashboard view of training completion by role, by individual, and by document. Filter to see who is overdue before the shift starts rather than after the batch closes.
GMP Curriculum
Starter GMP curriculum covering FSMA, allergen awareness, sanitation, and HACCP principles. Customize or replace with your existing materials. Available in English and Spanish.
Certification Expiry
